Tan Tan Music Time

Classroom: Mariquitas

Blog Theme: Tan Tan Music Time

Week: March 2nd, 2020 to March 6th, 2020

What are we learning?
Dear Parents,

We hope you all have a wonderful week. This week we are starting a new topic “Tan Tan Music Time.” Children will learn about the music of different continents during the next four weeks.

We will also continue working on motor and sensorial activities related to this theme, so children can continue learning through fun experiences while keeping strengthening gross and fine motor skills, language and socio-emotional skills.  Some activities children will enjoy are as follows:

·         Dance to the rhythm of North America and Central American music.

·         Play drums.

·         Observe flashcards of traditional costumes.

·         Pass the ball while listening to music.

Thank you for letting us play such an essential role in your child’s life and we hope you have a great weekend.

Parents will pick a day to present a banner to the classroom. The student of the week may also bring favorite toys and books to school so they can share with classmates.

Es mi hermoso hogar
Sus paisajes, los lugares

Todos juntos estarán
Si lo cuentas uno a uno
Cinco son y nada más

Los deditos de la mano
Estirados los verás
Si tú cuentas las dos manos
